What we build

For a new business website or a redesign, start with your services, your audience and the action a visitor should take.

Design

UX and UI drawn around how your customers actually move through a page, not a template with your logo dropped into it. Every layout is made for your business and nobody else's.

Build

WordPress by default; Shopify, Magento or Joomla when the project calls for it. Responsive on phone, tablet and desktop, with no separate mobile version to maintain.

Speed & search

Speed performance and SEO optimisation are part of the build, not an upsell. Analytics is set up before launch so you can see what the site is doing from day one.

After launch

Business email, hosting and domain come with every package. You get panel access for visual edits; structural changes we handle so nothing breaks. SEO and digital marketing run on top once you're live.

What a build includes

The groundwork a visitor never notices until it is missing.

Navigation

Menus, page order and internal links planned around the questions a visitor arrives with. If someone has to hunt for your services or your phone number, the design has failed, however good it looks.

Search groundwork

Each page gets its own title, description and heading structure, written around what people actually search for. The site is built so search engines can crawl and index it from launch.

Mobile optimisation

Layouts adapt to the device instead of shrinking the desktop version. Type sizes, buttons and forms are checked at phone widths before anything goes live.

Speed

Images, code and fonts are kept light so pages load quickly on mobile connections. Speed shapes both how long visitors stay and where search engines place the site.

Contact details

Location with a map, phone, email and a contact form, placed where visitors look first, along with opening hours and social links when they apply. Small details, and the ones most often missing.

A clear next step

Each page is designed around one action: call, request a quote, book, buy or subscribe. We agree which action matters before the layouts are drawn, so the design points at it instead of competing with it.

Knowing your audience

Analytics and search reporting are configured so you can see who arrives, where they come from and what they do next.

Custom features

When a standard page is not enough, we build the feature the business needs, such as a quotation request, and plan the structure so the site can grow without a rebuild.

What a website does for the business

Why the site matters more than any single advert.

Found when people look

Customers check a business online before they call, visit or buy, whether they heard about you from a friend, a post or a search. If there is no site, or it is out of date, that check ends with a competitor.

Credibility

A clear, current site with real contact details tells a buyer the business is established and reachable. It is where people confirm what they heard about you before they trust you with the job.

Open when you are closed

The site answers questions, shows your work and takes enquiries at night, at weekends and on public holidays, while the doors are shut and the phone goes unanswered.

A channel you control

Social platforms change their rules and their reach. Your website is the one place where you decide what is said about the business, how it is organised and what the visitor does next.

Conversations, not just visits

Contact forms, quote requests and email sign-ups turn visitors into conversations. Answered well, those conversations are what make a business look reliable.

Reach beyond the island

A site lets a local business be found by customers in other markets and, with a store or a booking system, sell to people who will never walk through the door.

Packages

Quoted per project, no monthly fee.

Up to 8 pages, one year of domain and twelve months of hosting. The right size for a business that needs a credible presence and a clear way to be contacted.

How a build runs

Collecting data

We go through your products, your market and your competitors, then sit down with you to get the vision on paper before anything is designed.

Planning

Structure, strategy and drafts. We put more than one route on the table, choose the strongest, and keep a backup.

Implementation

The longest stretch. We build, test and correct until the site holds up on every device, and only then does it go live.

Review

Before launch you go through the finished site with us on your own devices. Corrections happen at this stage, while they are still cheap to make.

Launch and handover

We publish the site, connect the domain, confirm the forms reach the right inbox and hand over panel access with a walkthrough of what you can edit yourself.

What we need from you

The sooner these arrive, the sooner the design starts.

Your goals

What the site has to achieve, who it is for and which sites in your market you admire or want to outdo. A short conversation covers most of it.

Brand material

Your company profile, logo and links to your social media: anything that helps us capture how the business presents itself.

Content

The text and images for each page, or the notes we can shape them from together. Content is what most often holds up a launch, so we ask for it early.

Approval

Work starts once the written quote and scope are approved, so both sides agree on what is being built before a page is designed.

Before you ask

What does it cost?

It depends on the size of the site and the package you pick. You get a fixed quote in writing after the first call, no hourly billing.

How is it paid?

60% to start the project, the remaining 40% when the site is ready to launch.

How long does it take?

One to two weeks on average. Less if your content is ready, longer if the site is large.

What is it built on?

WordPress by default. We also work in Shopify, Magento and Joomla when the project calls for it.

Will it work on phones?

Every site we ship is responsive: phone, tablet and desktop, with no separate mobile version.

Can I edit it myself?

You get panel access for visual edits. Structural changes we handle under maintenance so nothing breaks.

Will my site appear on Google?

It is built so search engines can crawl and index it, with titles, descriptions and structure set page by page. Where it ranks depends on your market and your content, so we do not promise positions.

What is hosting?

The server space where the site's files live. Without it a website cannot be published. Hosting and domain come with the package, so you are not arranging them separately at launch; after the included period they renew at a monthly or annual cost.

Do you support the site after launch?

Yes. Ongoing support can be added once the site is live, covering updates and the changes you should not make yourself.

Can you redesign my current site?

Yes. We start from what the current site does well, what it gets wrong and which pages already bring visitors, so the redesign does not throw away the search visibility the old site earned.

I already have a domain. Can I keep it?

Yes. We connect the new site to the domain you already own, so the address your customers know stays the same.

Can I add a store later?

Yes. The site is structured so features such as a store or quotation requests can be added without starting over. Tell us what you expect to add, and the first build leaves room for it.

Do you work outside Trinidad and Tobago?

Yes. We work remotely with businesses across the Caribbean, and the process is the same wherever you are.

Do I need a website if I am on social media?

In most cases, yes. Social media is where people discover you; the website is where they check you are real and get in touch. Your profiles can send visitors to it, but you do not own them, and their reach can change overnight.

Planning a redesign

Bring your existing page list, content and enquiry flow. We agree what stays, what changes and which old URLs need a relevant destination before launch.

Ownership and handover

The written scope should identify domain, hosting and administration access, content-editing responsibilities and support after launch. Confirm these details for your project before work starts.

“Excellent work to create our page they worked around the clock to get the site up and running to our standards I would recommend them to everyone that want a professional website at the best cost.”
